Sailas Okwairwoth

Country Coordinator Uganda

Sailas Okwairwoth comes from the small town Pakwach in Northern Uganda. In 2016 he graduated with a BA in Development Studies (first class honors) from Uganda Christian University, Mukono and is now pursuing his master degree in Public Health from the same University. His BA grounded him as a social worker, committed to working with any intervention that targets community empowerment, justice, democracy, peace, equity and sustainable development.

Boris Shindler

finance and administration coordinator

Boris Shindler is the finance and administration coordinator at Topaz Leading Social Innovation and Brit Olam International Volunteering and Development. He is highly involved and committed to public civilian activity and the third sector in Israel.
He is the Co-founder of a volunteers based lobby movement advocating the improvement of social rights for self-employees in Israel (2015). Boris successfully led the Russian Speaking Department for Yesh Atid’s 2013 national political campaign. In the past he sat at steering committees and worked as the head of the content department “Nativ” at the Israeli Prime Minister’s office. Boris holds a B.Ed. from the Seminar Hakibbutzim Education Colleague.

Anna-Lisa Klages

Global Projects Development

Anna-Lisa joined Inspiration in December 2015 and has since been responsible for the global projects management. Art, psycho-social trauma responses and international development have long been the focus of her academic interest. She holds a B.A. in Art Therapy from Stenden Hogeschool, Netherlands and will complete her M.A. in Social Work with Specialization in Crisis and Trauma Studies from Tel Aviv University in August. Prior to returning to the Academica for her Masters, Anna-Lisa worked for Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos, an international NGO whose mission is to nurture orphaned and vulnerable children in a loving, stable and secure family environment.
